Leadership Advance provides a unique opportunity to set aside a weekend to get away from the noise and busyness of our normal lives to allow God to speak to us about how He's actively shaping us to accomplish His good purposes in and through our lives.

High school seniors to retirees

Leadership Advance seeks to guide participants into a better understanding of their unique calling through personality assessments, speakers, workshops, team interactions, and personalized coaching.

Yes! We define leadership as influence and believe everyone has influence.

With the exception of needing to come a bit late on Friday, participants are expected to be present at the entirety of the conference. If you have specific questions please feel free to reach out to the LA team at leadershipadvance@calvarysc.org.
